There always seems to be a stronger emphasis placed on learning to lead, versus learning to follow, or more importantly, learning how to participate with equity as a team.
It reminds me of singing as soloist versus as a choir. Both can be quite beautiful, but for a good collective harmony, in a choir learn to listen to your fellow singers.
