She is researches cults in [[Faerûn]], including the [[Daughters of Oghma]], the [[Light of the Shadows]], and the [[Cult of the Dragon]]. She wears a long blue dress and scholarly robes, a thin silver circlet, and is regularly seen fiddling with her glasses for no reason whatsoever. She carries a small painted symbol of Bahamut on a coin, worn under her clothes on a necklace. Lenore came to Greenest to meet a friend, Vartan Silverbow, who had told her to meet him in the small town. When he did not show, she got a room at the [[Deep Root]] to wait for him, attracting considerably more unwanted attention from the local patrons than she preferred. The tavern owner, [[Gruda Blessedblade]], may or may not have egged them on while she read her books from the corner of the tavern. The party had visited the shack of a local hermit, and found decades or centuries old drawings… that included images of them at present day. They were prophetic in nature, predicting the attack on Greenest. What the group didn't see (but was subsequently revealed) was that she found four other drawings: one of a burning temple in the woods, one of a young human girl, the scraps of a prophecy she was studying, and a sketch of a heavily wounded Vartan chained to a pole. Shortly before the attack on Greenest, Vartan was found, emaciated and beaten, on the outskirts of town. He was semi-conscious and he had slash wounds were filled with a black-like substance that prevented healing without the intervention of the local cleric. While conscious, he told Lenore that [[Odonth Darkwrath]] had interrogated and tortured him, and then set him lose to hunt. While the rest of the party went to investigate, Lenore stayed by his side in the infirmary. After being healed and a night's sleep, he disappeared among the townspeople for safe hiding, and none of the party had a chance to question him… or ask him about the strange cube he stole from the Cult's camp. Lenore has been searching for him ever since. Sensing something that scared her, Lenore had convinced the goblin, Shava, that *she* was in danger and the two slipped away to hide. Unbeknowst to her, Lenore led Shava away from one area of danger and straight into the path of a mysterious assassin who had been sent to infiltrate and capture both Shava and Lenore. However, Lenore managed to (literally) charm the assassin, Snow, and instead, very awkwardly befriended her. The party has learned her interest in the Cult of the Dragon stems from a massacre four years ago at a temple hidden away in the Neverwinter Woods. Lenore knew two of the dragonborn residents who had been killed by the Cult due to the Cult's interest in their ward, a young human girl named Kassandra. Until recently, Lenore believed Kassandra was dead, as all of the records including in the Hall of Prophecy at Candlekeep showed she had been murdered alongside the rest. But after an uncomfortably close encounter with a creepy cultist, Hayla, she learned the girl's death was faked by the Cult. The girl was held prisoner by different groups within the Cult, but escaped a year ago and her current whereabouts are unknown. Hayla shows a strong interest in finding Kassandra, and a strong interest in Lenore. It turns out that Hayla is the older sister of Snow.
