And then hit a giant spider for a while, until it decided to go away. - We look around the bones for anything. - [[Sereas]] casts a spell (sorry [[Nicole van der Hoeven|Nicole]]!) and casts bardic inspiration on [[Jacq'ae Camire]] to look around. - We find - a potion of healing - a pouch of 210 cooper, 55 silver, 16 gold - 3 gold teeth, 2 gp each - And Jacq'ue steals a small plaque that names the big spider: Marrowgnaw's Lair, and then puts it upstairs on the tree, outside of the hole. - Jacq'ae finds what looks to be a door. - [[Elkhorn]] goes and talks to the little spiders before they open it. Yes, it's that way towards the goblins' hideout. - Jacq'ae hears what sounds to be cages nearer, and someone saying "shut up", laughter, smell booze, and three distinct voices commiserating with each other. The clink of coins. - Jacq'ae frees Toblob from a cage, as well as two other humanoids. - Toblob and Elkhorn verbally spar since Elkhorn doesn't like goblins - Jacq'ae goes exploring while they bicker, and finds (though nothing worth adding to my character sheet): - Adventuring gear in the crates - Some boxes are marked Holcomb and Redford and a third one(cities) - Clothing - Toblob says the bandits usually toss bodies to Marrowgnaw, but lately they've been shipping them out - Have [[Toblob]] in a cage to lure the goblins into the room to spring an attack - [[Blackwall]] descimates the first one. Completely. - Second one comes in and fights. - [[Elkhorn]] runs after it as a wolf, and between that and retainers hitting… Toblob gets the final blow and takes down the mini-boss.
