One of their fellow wizards went rogue and stole artifacts and materials. Ever since, a lot of undead sightings around the city and surrounding forest. Heldrian Slhandrik is the wizard we were trying to find. Umara Stormwind Level 3 Rogue As I wake up… like waking from a dream. I can see two bodies on a morgue slab. I remember being swarmed by a lot of undead. I'm hovering on the ground Glomagus 5'-5" Jowan Josten "Jojo" 5'-9" Umara 5'-1" - Start in ethereal plane, and come to the material. Try pushing fabric off the faces, but they aren't anyone she recognizes… including herself. - Rummages through the room on the desk. Lots of tools and chemicals. - Finds a makeshift thieves tools. - Starts floating through doors to the south. - And goes north through rooms. - Finds a corpse of our fighter, Selandra. Very dead. - Fights a thing. - Hasn't seen Morlak, the cleric. - Glomagus finds his familiar, Igor, a hand, in the jars. After a couple of fighting hands. - A mummy kills Glomagus, and then Umara boops him on the back of the head. It was Morlak. Whoops. - Jojo investigates Morlak's body, and there's no symbols. - Glomagus revives (nat20 on a death save). - Umara finds their things in a room, and a nice cloak with a ring. It has one remaining wish spell. - We go fight the wizard, Glomagus and Jojo get killed, and Umara goes ethereal. - Basically, none of her abilities work and it's a TPK unless Umara goes ethereal. - She sits on the desk and wishes that the bad guys die, and that her party comes back to life… but she wishes to remain ethereal. - We… win? That's it. We won Dungeons & Dragons. Huzzah.
